Why offer a 30-day free trial?

We know teams are busy and it can take a while to get solutions approved. This is why we offer a 30-day, risk-free, no credit card, free trial.

Our free trial is designed to give customers a code-free and fully automated pipeline of data to a target destination fully owned by you. We support industry-leading data destinations like Amazon Redshift, Amazon Redshift Spectrum, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, and Amazon Athena.

A 30-day free trial gives teams time to become familiar with the information provided by a data source like Amazon, Google, or Facebook.

You can then use your favorite business intelligence, data visualization, SQL, or data science tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Looker, or Amazon Quicksight?

What is included in a trial?

During the 30-day free trial, you have access to both standard and premium data integrations or destinations according to your selected plan. The trial is designed to allow you to understand how we provided data, what a data source may include in a pipeline, and the structure of the source data.

The one thing that is not included in a trial is historical data, where available. Historical data reflects points of time in the past. For example, Sales data for the last 12 months. Historical requests are resource and time-constrained activities. As a result, access to historical data is reserved for customers who have signed up for one of our paid plans.

Is a conversation with sales or a credit card required to start a trial?

Our 30-day free trial requires no credit card. There are no charges unless you decide to order the service at the end of your trial. As a matter of fact, you are not asked for a credit card before you start your trial, nor will you be charged during the trial.

What happens at the end of the trial period?

Before the end of the 30-day trial, you must switch to a paid plan to continue service. If you do not proceed with a paid plan, any integrations you set up are paused. The data we collect and delivered remain in your data lake or warehouse.
