Confirming Your Custom App Install

If you have completed the app install process successfully, Shopify will present you will a summary confirmation screen:

This confirms that your custom app is configured to allow Openbridge access to process your data to a target data destination.

Missing Order History Permissions

If you selected that you were approved for historical data in the Openbridge interface and the approval was still pending, Shopify will provide an authorization failure. When you select that you are formally approved by Shopify, our system will request the order history permissions.

Attempting to request that permission when approval is still pending, will result in you seeing an error like this:

In the event that this error occurs, please select the permission is pending option in the Openbridge authorization interface.
