How Team Members Log In
Team members must use a dedicated organization login URL to access their team account. The standard login page at app.openbridge.com will not log you into your team account.
Why You Need a Separate Login URL
Every team member also has their own individual Openbridge account, which is separate from the team account they belong to. The standard login page signs you into your personal account — not the team account.
To access the team account, you must use the organization login URL provided by your account owner. This URL tells the system to authenticate you as a member of that specific organization.
Getting Your Login URL
Your account owner can find the team login URL by navigating to Account > Organization in the Openbridge console. The URL will look like this:
https://app.openbridge.com/login/your-organization-name
Your account owner can copy this URL and share it with you directly.
Accepting an Invitation
If you received an email invitation to join a team, the invitation link will automatically log you into the correct organization. After your first login via invitation, you should bookmark the organization login URL for future access.
Common Mistakes
Using the standard login page — Logging in at
app.openbridge.comsigns you into your personal account, not the team account. If you don't see the data or pipelines you expect, you are likely logged into the wrong account.Mixing up accounts — Your personal account and your team account are completely separate. Pipelines, identities, and settings are not shared between them.
